God's Purpose for your Chapel

Details

EVER WONDERED how to revive the focus, energy and purpose of your chapel? Discerning God's plans for your future may be the key.

"I know the plans I have for you, plans for your welfare, for your future and for hope." This is what the prophet Jeremiah said of God once he had spent time discerning God's will for the people.

Each chapel exists for a purpose. What is the purpose of your chapel? Purpose, that is, for today, not for when it was first built, and not for 20 years ago. Each chapel exists because Jesus has a specific purpose for it. If the chapel is not aware of that purpose, it will probably begin to wither like a plant without water. So what are the leadership and members of your church doing to discern God's will for your chapel?

Stow Park Church in Newport went through a period of discerning God's will for its mission. Have a look at the following film to see what they are doing...quite inspiring stuff!
